The Holidays at Work
The holiday season is a time of reflection, celebration, and togetherness, and at FriendsOffice, that’s why we love the holidays. This year, our ownership and leadership team took a festive journey to visit all our locations, hosting breakfasts and lunches with the incredible individuals who make our company thrive.
From delivery professionals and furniture installers to customer care representatives, graphic designers, accountants, and sales professionals, we took the opportunity to personally thank each team member for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
Celebrating Growth Together
Over the past four years, FriendsOffice has experienced remarkable growth, which we couldn’t have achieved without the strength of our diverse and talented team. While the size of our organization makes it challenging to gather everyone under one roof, we did enjoy bringing holiday cheer to each location.
We also learned a thing or two about our team members by making these trips for our mini celebrations. Apparently, the majority of our delivery drivers do not drink coffee! They love their Diet Cokes and energy drinks. We caught up with many of our team members who we don't regularly get to just chat with. It's still fun to see as many of our team members together, as possible. Needless to say, we learned a lot and our hearts are full!
Sharing Gratitude
For us, the holidays are not just about food and festivities—they're about expressing our heartfelt gratitude for a wonderful year. As we reflect on our shared accomplishments, we’re reminded of how much our team’s collective efforts contribute to the success and culture of FriendsOffice. Ken and Dale passed out holiday cards to each employee and answered a few questions as they provided company updates. Sometimes, it's just good to get everyone in the same room and make sure they know how much we care.
Spreading Holiday Cheer
The holidays are also a reminder of what it means to work at FriendsOffice—a place where people are valued not just for their work, but for who they are to the team. In many instances, our team members are more than coworkers, they're friends. This season, we’re proud to spread joy, build connections, and celebrate the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie that makes FriendsOffice special.
To all our team members, customers, and community partners—thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to a joyful time during the holidays, and an even brighter new year ahead!
