How do I access my account?

If you are an existing customer and this is your first time using our new website, you will need to create a new, unique password to access your current account. Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the directions to access your account. All accounts on this website require an email address to log in. If you are sharing an email address with another person, please also enter your desired username. This will create a 2-step login process for each that requires you to enter your email address and username. All new customers should click Request Account.

I never received an email to reset my password. What should I do?

If you didn't receive an email to reset your password, please call 800.427.1704 or email inform@friendsoffice.com and our customer care representatives will assist.

Where is my account number listed?

Your account number is shown in parenthesis (ex. 12345) under "Your Account".

How do I order for more than one location; how do I change my department/location?

To switch departments, click on "Your Account" and then click "Switch". Select a department, then click "Switch Account". Click "Close" and you're now shopping for that department. **Note: the feature from the old website that allows you to order for multiple locations in one cart is not currently a feature on the new website.** - COMING SOON!

How do I access my orders and approvals?

To approve orders and add your own PO, click "Your Account" > "Orders". Click on the "Awaiting Approval" to see any pending approvals. Click the gear icon, then "Edit Order". Click proceed to check out. Click through continue twice until you reach the review and pay screen. Here you will be able to add your PO number and place the order.

How do I check my account balance and pay invoices online?

Click "Your Account" > "Account Overview". This will display your current account balance. Click "Invoices" to view all paid and open invoices. Select the invoices you would like to pay by clicking the check box next to the invoice number, and click "Pay Now". A new window will open, and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. *please note you will not be able to click "Pay Now" unless you have an invoice selected.

How do I get a copy of an invoice?

Click "Your Account" > "Invoice History". Find the invoice you would like to print, click the gear icon on the far right of the selected invoice. Click "Print Invoice." Once you have clicked to print the invoice, another browser tab will open with a pdf document of the invoice that you can proceed to print.

How do I cancel an item or an order?

To cancel an item or an order, contact us via the live chat option on the website, give customer service a call at 800.427.1704, or send us an email at inform@friendsoffice.com . How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Click "Your Account" > "Orders". You will be able to see the delivery status for individual orders on this page.

How do I raise an issue with an order or an item?

If you have an issue with your order or a product, please contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us via the live chat feature on the website, our customer service line at 800.427.1704, or by emailing us at inform@friendsoffice.com . We will need your order number to start the process.

How do I receive my order?

A FriendsOffice driver will deliver your order if your shipping address is within our local delivery locations. We can also drop-ship across the country. View our locations here.
