Temporary Return Policy Amendment for Items Affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation

Due to global demand and stock-piling activity for preventative items such as disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue, and more, we will be unable to accept any returns on product purchases related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

For items not purchased related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), our standard return policy applies:

  • Office supply items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is in resalable condition. We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original packaging if received within 20 days of original receipt. Contents should be intact. Some items, such as medications, health care service items, coffee and food items cannot be accepted for returns due to safety restrictions. Returns are picked up within two business days and credits are issued within 2-3 days. Returns are picked up and returned to our warehouse at no cost to our customers.
