The service we receive from Friends is awesome and we appreciate it very much.  Our drivers are both so friendly and our orders are always next day which we also appreciate very much.

I do a lot of e-mailing with Beth  and she is also awesome by helping me find certain products that I cannot find, helping me with pricing, etc.  She is efficient and quick to reply.  I can do an e-mail to her, walk out of my office and by the time I get back, there is a reply.   If for some reason she is not there which isn't very often, someone else is always there to cover.   

I also love the on-line ordering and next day service.  Anything that is back ordered, which is not often comes the day after.   Also, I never have any trouble with invoices and billing procedures which is so helpful.

In today’s world, though, pricing is not the only deciding factor in choosing who to do business with.  The friendly and accommodating staff along with an extremely user friendly website makes Friends Business Source my vendor of choice! 

What I love about Friends….
The fact that my sales rep is very responsive to my needs.  I always get a response back within a few hours of either an email or phone call.  Also, the advantage of using Friends Business Source is the promotions that they run… ie. The HP LJ cartridge promotion on receiving a $30 gift card of my choice when ordering 2 of the same original HP LJ cartridges.  My sales rep always keeps me informed when these promotions may benefit my company.

I have been working with our Friends Account Manager on acquiring Mimeo Teach and Capture products for my classrooms at the Case Western School of Medicine and I’ve had, perhaps, the best business experience ever.  She has been informative, precise, prompt professional, courteous, accommodating, and perfect!  The products I have purchased have been used for pilot programs in our landmark medical education curriculum.Using Mimeo Capture tools the students are able to save each whiteboard before erasing, work as a group to modify the saved whiteboard .ink files and save handwriting to editable text.  The students are also able to add images, URLS, PowerPoint, PDFs and more to the file.  I’ve heard students and faculty say that Mimeo is changing the way that they learn!
