Orders will arrive pre-packaged in a re-usable archive.
Storage Box is personalized with your child's name, grade and school.

Here is how:

  • Fill out the order form
  • Enclose the order form along with the cash or check in an envelope clearly marked "One-Stop Shop" (checks made payable to Liberty-Benton PTO)
  • Return the envelope to the elementary or middle school office by June 1, 2009

NO LATE ORDERS!

Orders can be picked up in the Middle School cafeteria on Thursday, August 20th from 11:30 to 12:30 PM or 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Orders not picked up will be available in your child's classroom for Meet the Teacher's Night on August 21st.
