Steve was very willing to assist us in that process and helped us to stay within the pricing budget our office required. Even though the sale is complete Steve still checks back with our office periodically just to make sure everything is okay. Now that’s what I call old-fashioned service with a smile.

We are very pleased with our Toshiba copier/fax and would recommend it to anyone. The service team has always arrived in a timely manner for maintenance and their staff is always courteous.

Thank you to you and your staff for a great job in transitioning us to the new copier machines from Friends Business Source. Change is always stressful, but you and your staff helped to substantially reduce that stress.

In my opinion the process from beginning to end was very speedy, but I never felt like short cuts were being made, or there wasn’t time for discussion or questions. Your bid was straightforward and submitted timely. You were accessible for any and all questions. Once the bid was awarded, completing the lease agreement and delivery of the new machines proceeded with delay.

Your technical staff came and got the wiring done when it was most convenient for us. They were very pleasant and most concerned about giving St. Michael the best service possible. With two school locations, in addition to the parish office location, there was lots of set-up required, and working on many computers. Your staff was very professional, completing their work as quickly as possible so as not to interfere with our work demands.

The training your staff provided for our three new machines was most helpful. Your staff was very willing to come back to St. Michael, either location, as long as we needed help in understanding our new machines. I was impressed with how your staff was willing to learn about our needs and to suggest ideas on how to use the copiers to help improve our efficiency.

In addition to the above, staff at St. Michael is very satisfied knowing that if we experience any problems with our machines, your service department responds in a very timely manner.
