Today, Friends is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio with facilities in Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus and Mansfield.

In 1994, the direction of the company was altered by Ken Schroeder and Dale Alt. They resolved to establish their presence through focused and unparalleled service. From that time to the present, we have experienced 500% growth.
